Tracking Your Order
It may take 1 - 3 days to be shipped and there may have some delays during specific season, Black Friday, winter holidays, etc. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, you will be able to track the progress of your delivery. You can also do this by clicking the link here or going to My Account. Go to View Order > Track Your Order.
Standard Delivery Tracking
For Standard Delivery in the UK, you will receive a link to track your parcel's progress (embedded in your shipping confirmation). Once you receive this, your order should reach you in 2-3 business days.
For Standard Delivery to all other destinations, You will be able to monitor your shipment through this page until it is received by your local postal service when it will be updated with a Local Tracking Number.
If you have not received your order within stated delivery time...
If you have not received your order within the times stated for your destination and you have noticed unusual activity on your tracking number, please contact us for help.
For orders to international destinations that are delayed, please check if your order has been held in customs clearance. You may be required to pay sales tax or customs duty. For UK Standard orders, please check if Hermes have left you a calling card. If so, please follow the steps to rearrange delivery at a convenient time.
